Building a brand from scratch

When Clinique Dentaire Du Lac contacted us, they had no online visibility, and their physical dental clinic hadn’t even opened yet. So everything had to be done before the office opened, to guarantee an influx of patients from day one.

Not a problem for us: building a brand’s image on the Internet by developing its notoriety and promoting its services or products is our core business.

The objectives were numerous:

– create a functional website in less than 4 months

– reference the site on doctors’ names and a list of competitive keywords

– promote the clinic’s services via Google Ads campaigns and social networks

– train clinic staff in site management and administration.

Our Approach & Solution

Tailor-made service

First of all, thanks to effective communication, we succeeded in delivering a high-quality website in record time. With over 40 pages, all SEO optimized for specific queries. The site was ready in less than 2 months, allowing us to work ahead on SEO optimizations.

At the same time, we assisted the customer in creating and optimizing their social network accounts; Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest. How to address your community, plan a content strategy, prepare a publication calendar – all essential information for a brand’s success on social networks.

Then, before we’d even finished developing the website, we started working on online advertising via Google Ads. Knowing what what considered a conversion in the eyes of the client, we set up a customized conversion tracking system using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Search Console. As the customer only wanted to target a specific part of the local population, we had to implement relevant, localized targeting to ensure the best possible leads were generated. Tailor-made.
The Search and MyBusiness campaigns were ready to be launched alongside the site, and the Performances Max campaigns would soon follow.

Finally, a few weeks before the site went live, we spent several days training the clinic’s staff. Our experience as a Digital Marketing teacher in private schools enabled us to put in place an effective learning process, quickly empowering clinic employees to administer their website.
